Myhro's Ruler Impresses In Maiden Victory

After two very strong jump outs it was time for Myhro's Ruler to head to the races and see if he could replicate his trial form. In a 2 year old Maiden over 1000 metres on a Heavy 9 at Echuca on July 24th he did just that. Beginning well from the gates, jockey Jamie Mott sat outside and joined the leader on the turn. On turning Jamie asked the son of Wild Ruler to extend, and that he did careering away for a very impressive 6 lenght margin victory.
