Ally back in the winners stall
After not winning since December 2016, Sensation Ally has been knocking on the door with several placings however a win has eluded her. In a Benchmark 64 over 1600 metres at Pakenham on February 15th 2018, jockey Daniel Stackhouse took the daughter of Al Maher straight to the front from her wide barrier. With some easy sectionals in the back straight, Daniel then put the pressure on the rest of the field to catch her by taking up the speed at the 600 metre mark to lead comfortably into the straight holding off all challenges to score a narrow victory. This is now her sixth win and she has accummulated over $100,000 for her owners.
