Lorna's Lass Makes Impressive City Debut
After a strong all the way win at Sale in a 2 year old maiden, Lorna's Lass made it back to back wins with a tough fought out win in her city debut. In a 1410mtr 3yo fillies Hcp at Flemington on August 7th 2010, jockey Chris Symons was able to settle her midfield in running before sustaining a strong finishing burst to hold off her rivals to win by a head to the second horse and a further 2 1/2 lengths to the third placegetter. To date in only 5 racetrack appearances she has now won on two ocassions and placed in another.
